Fowler Consulting has extensive experience providing FMS financial support to both the U.S. Army and the U.S. Air Force to include direct support from the foreign customer location abroad. The level of expertise with FMS systems for the DoD, Army, and Air Force systems is rare.
- Case management expert obtaining LOA data from DSAMS to include numerous feeder FMS systems, (e.g. CEA, CMSC, CISIL, SCIP)
- Ability to reconcile financial data between Army GFEBS and Legacy SOMARDS down to the line level with supporting document verification
- Ability to reconcile financial data between the FMS LOA document and the official financial system of record
- Ability to provide timely accurate execution data to both senior leadership and the foreign customer
- Expert reconciling financial data between DSAMS, DFAS, and the financial system of record
