Senior consultant, has over 23 years experience in all facets of rehabilitation. She has functioned in a number of positions including direct patient care, operations management, clinical management, clinical and operational education and consulting. Denese still maintains a limited clinical practice in occupational therapy.

• Physician and staff education regarding necessary documentation to ensure prevent denials and meet CMS conditions regarding the "right documentation"
• Assistance to intermediaries with defining processes needed for auditing for compliance with CMS 75% rule
• Assistance with survey preparation for CARF, JACHO, licensure, etc.
  PPS system review for compliance with CMS rules and effective revenue capture

Prior to joining FHA, she served as a corporate consultant for a national company with acute and outpatient rehabilitation services.

Denese holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas. She is a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist.
